Hello, dear readers. This season, with rain pouring one moment and sun blazing the next, it's really inconvenient to go outside, isn't it?
When 1 or 2 o'clock comes around after lunch and you don't know what you feel like eating, but the weather is bad and you can't go out to buy something, I'd like to share an easy frying recipe you can make at home.
Ingredients
- Onion – 1 large piece
- Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tablespoon
- Egg – 1
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs
- Oil
How to Fry
1. Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into rounds. Separate them into individual rings as shown in the picture.
Mix the wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Then coat the onion rings with this mixture and set them aside for a moment.
Next, dip them into beaten egg, then coat them in the bowl of bread crumbs.
Once everything is coated, fry them one by one in hot oil. When they turn golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain well.
Once the oil has been drained, you can now enjoy the delicious fried onion rings.
