Even though the rain has started drizzling down, the scorching heat hasn't gone away yet and still lingers around. Whether the weather is hot and humid or cool, a snack that both kids and adults love and enjoy in any season is ice pops.
This time, so you won't have to worry about catching a cold, we'll show you how to make colorful fruit ice pops using only natural fruits instead of artificial sweeteners, so you won't need to brave the sun and make a special trip out to buy them anymore.
Ingredients
- Banana – 1
- Strawberries (sliced into small pieces) – 180 grams
- Mango – 150 grams
- Blueberries – 180 grams
Method
1. Slice half of the banana into small pieces and blend it together with the strawberries in a blender. Once done, pour the resulting puree evenly into ice pop molds.
2. Wash the blender, then slice the remaining half of the banana and the mango into small pieces and blend until smooth and thick. As in the first step, gradually pour the puree into the molds. Be careful not to mix it with the layer below.
3. For the third time, wash the blender and blend the remaining blueberries until thick and smooth. Once you have the puree, gradually pour it on top of the mango layer.
4. Once everything has been poured in, insert the sticks and freeze in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or overnight, until completely frozen solid.
5. Once completely frozen solid, pour a little water over the molds to make the ice pops easier to remove. Then you can enjoy these beautifully colored and delicious three-colored ice pops.
