For those who love pasta and enjoy the flavors of Indian cuisine, this time we're sharing a recipe for Indian style masala chicken pasta. There are just a few more steps involved. The recipe itself is actually very easy.

Slice 200 grams of boneless chicken meat and put it in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, a little chili powder, half a teaspoon of ginger powder, and 1 tablespoon of corn flour, then knead until well combined. Once done, let it rest for about 20 minutes.

When the time is up, add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pot and fry the chicken. Once fried, scoop it out into a bowl and set aside.

Add another 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot, along with 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic, 1 small bowl of thinly sliced onions, and half a teaspoon of salt, then stir. Stir and fry for about 5 minutes.

After that, add 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced green chili and 1 small bowl of thinly sliced tomatoes, then let it cook while stirring for about 5 minutes.

Add half a bowl of water along with half a teaspoon of paprika (for coloring), half a teaspoon of masala, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a little chili powder, then stir. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid and add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce along with the chicken you fried earlier. Also slice some long chili peppers into small pieces and add a little. Let it cook for about 2 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

When the time is up, add 2 bowls of already boiled pasta and stir well until thoroughly combined, taking a little extra time.

Once everything is thoroughly mixed, it's done. Just scoop it into a plate and it's ready to eat. And there you have it - your Indian style masala chicken pasta is ready!
