Hello everyone! This time, I want to share a recipe for beef cheese pasta, an Italian dish, for those who love cooking.
It will take a bit of time and requires careful preparation, so you'll need some patience.

- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 2 and a half plates of milk
- A little salt
- A little black pepper powder
Step-by-step instructions
Thinly slice the onion and garlic.
You need to peel the tomatoes. To make peeling easy, cut an X shape on top of the tomatoes with a knife. Then boil them in rapidly boiling water for about 30 seconds. Once the time is up, peel the tomatoes and grate them with a grater. You'll get mashed tomato pieces.
Heat a large pot over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and once the oil is hot, sauté the onion for about 3 minutes. Add the beef and cook for about 10 minutes.
Next, add a little salt, a little black pepper powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the mashed tomatoes and stir for about 5 minutes. Once the time is up, add the garlic and turn off the heat.
Meanwhile, add salt to a large pot of water, and once it comes to a boil, add the lasagna sheets and boil for about 5 minutes until the pasta softens. Then rinse with cold water and pat dry with a clean cloth.
Next, heat a pot over medium heat, add the butter, and melt it. Add the flour and stir. Then add the milk little by little, stirring as you go. Then add salt and black pepper powder and taste for seasoning. Pour two-thirds of the resulting milk mixture into the beef mixture, and keep the remaining milk in the pot.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then line the baking dish you'll put in the oven with aluminum foil. Spread the beef mixture into the baking dish (don't pour it all in at once since you'll be adding it in layers little by little). Add 2 lasagna sheets.
Add more beef mixture on top of the lasagna sheets. Add cheese. Add lasagna sheets on top of the cheese. Continue layering in this way, taking turns adding lasagna, then beef, then cheese, one layer at a time. When you're finished, the lasagna sheets should be on top.
Next, pour the remaining milk from the pot over the baking dish. Add cheese. Then cover the entire baking dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Once the time is up, remove the foil and bake for a few more minutes.
Once done, take it out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 to 15 minutes, then cut it into pieces as you like and enjoy it deliciously.
