This time, we're sharing a recipe for Japanese-style fried shrimp that's tasty and easy to make, perfect for those who love eating fried shrimp and those who love tempura-style shrimp.
First, peel the shrimp, split them down the middle, and remove the dark vein. Then, as shown in the picture, score them with a knife and rinse them with ice water.
After rinsing, put the shrimp into a bowl, add colored paprika powder - half a teaspoon, garlic powder - half a teaspoon, salt - a little, and vinegar (or lemon juice) - one teaspoon, and mix well without breaking them. Once mixed, let it sit for about 15 minutes.
In another bowl, add flour - about a quarter of a cup, garlic powder - half a teaspoon, colored paprika powder - half a teaspoon, salt - a little, and black pepper powder - a little, then mix evenly.
In another bowl, crack 1 egg and add salt - a little, then beat it well.
To get everything ready, put the Bread Crumbs into a bowl. Then have the beaten egg bowl and the mixed flour bowl ready as well.
Once everything is ready, take the marinated shrimp and coat them in the flour bowl, then dip them in the egg bowl, and then coat them in the Bread Crumbs bowl. Once done, put them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. When the time is up, fry them in an oil pot.
Once everything is fried, place it on a plate, dip it in your favorite sauce, and enjoy.
