  • 145 grams of Chinese cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 2 carrots (cut into medium-sized strips)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 3 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)

  • 2 packs of dried noodles
  • About 1 liter of chicken stock
  • 2 boiled eggs (optional)

Step-by-step instructions

1. In a pot, pour in the chicken stock, heat it up, and bring it to a boil.

2. In another pot, pour in about 1.5 liters of water and bring it to a boil.

3. Heat a medium-sized pan on high heat, add the oil and garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add the cabbage and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Then transfer them to a plate.

6. Once the water in the pot comes to a rolling boil, add the dried noodles and let them cook for about 3 minutes. Then drain the water, transfer the noodles into a bowl, and set them aside neatly.

7. Pour the chicken stock into the bowl of noodles.

8. Add the spring onion, cabbage, carrots, and eggs into the bowl of noodle soup and mix well.
