Hello everyone! For those who are tired of just frying eggs the usual way, this time I'd like to share a new and interesting recipe with you. This is how to make a Japanese-style rolled egg omelette.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream (milk cream)
  • 40 ml light soy sauce
  • 40 g sugar
  • 40 ml water

  • A little salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step-by-step instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of fresh cream, the light soy sauce, sugar, and 40 ml of water until well combined. Then crack in the 12 eggs and whisk fairly vigorously.

2. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture and fry.

While the egg is still slightly undercooked, roll it up gently from one edge, one layer at a time.

3. After rolling about three or four layers, cook it on the stove for about one more minute.

Cut the finished rolled omelette into even slices.

Now you have a delicious Japanese-style rolled egg omelette ready to enjoy.
