Hello everyone! For those who love Japanese food, this time I'd like to share how to fry egg and pork cutlet in Japanese style.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork cutlet slices
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • A little wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 128 grams of bread crumbs

  • Oil
  • 125 milliliters of chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced) and 1 stalk of spring onion (thinly sliced)

Step by step method

1. Season the pork cutlet thoroughly with salt and ground pepper, then dust it lightly with a little wheat flour.

Beat one egg.

2. Heat the pan and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the bread crumbs and stir-fry them. At that point, dip the pork cutlet into the beaten egg. Then immediately place it into the pan on top of the bread crumbs, press it down with a spoon, and fry it.

3. After about 5 minutes, flip the pork cutlet to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes. Transfer the fried pork cutlet onto a plate.

4. In a bowl, mix the chicken stock, sugar, and soy sauce together thoroughly. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, and once the oil is hot, add the onion and fry it.

5. Before the onions soften completely, pour the chicken stock mixture prepared earlier into the pan. Cut the fried pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces and place it on top of the onions. Then pour in the eggs and fry over low heat.

6. Once the eggs are cooked, you'll have a delicious Japanese-style egg and pork cutlet dish ready.

Add a little spring onion and enjoy it deliciously with rice.
