Hello everyone! When eating burgers, most people usually only eat them with meat patties. That's because eating with meat patties is said to taste better. But eating them with vegetables still tastes great too.
If you don't believe it, try making this burger made with mushrooms, chickpeas, and assorted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 30 grams oats
- 14 oz chickpeas (boiled)
- 38 grams mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper (cut into small square pieces)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- Half a teaspoon of salt
Step-by-Step Method
1. Cut the carrot into medium-sized pieces, put it into a food processor, and blend it finely.
2. Add the oats and chickpeas, and blend the mixture again.
3. Then add the mushrooms, bell pepper, egg, ketchup, and salt into the processor and blend again until well mixed.
4. Put the resulting mixture into a bowl, cover it, and place it in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
5. After 45 minutes, shape the mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
6. Place the resulting patties onto a baking tray to put in the oven, then bake them in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. (At the 5 or 6 minute mark, flip the patties over.)
7. Sandwich the resulting chickpea patty between burger buns, and now you can enjoy it deliciously.
