Ingredients

  • Canned tuna fish, 1 can (or 2 cans)
  • Ready-made kimchi, about 1 pound (cut into medium-sized pieces)
  • Onion, 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Spring onions, 2 stalks (thinly sliced)
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Tofu, about 8 ounces
  • Chili powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Sesame oil, 2 teaspoons

Step-by-step instructions

1. Add the kimchi, onion, spring onions, chili powder, and sesame oil into a pot, fill it up with water, and cover with a lid. Boil over high heat for about 25 minutes.

2. Add the tuna fish and tofu pieces into the pot and continue boiling for about 5 more minutes.

3. After 5 minutes, taste it and check if the seasoning is slightly under-salted. Just before turning off the heat, sprinkle in the spring onions.
