The most important thing when starting a day is breakfast. Only by eating breakfast without skipping it will you feel energized, and you'll be able to carry out your work duties with full strength throughout the day.

So this time, I want to share how to make a baked egg bread toast that you can eat for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg and about half a slice of ham
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • A little sugar, a little salt
  • 1 slice of cheese and a little coriander (optional, can be omitted)

Step-by-step instructions

First, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. During that 20 minutes, go through the steps described below one by one.

Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread. (If you want to add cheese, place the cheese slice on that slice of bread.)

To crack the egg into it, cut a round hole exactly in the center of the second slice of bread. Then place it on top of the slice of bread that was spread with mayonnaise earlier.

Spread mayonnaise around the edges of the bread. At the round hole in the bread, crack an egg into it and sprinkle with salt, sugar, and coriander.

Next, cut the ham into small pieces and place them on each corner of the bread. (This picture shows a simple Korean flag shape that was demonstrated on a TV show)

If you want to make an authentic Korean flag shape, you'll need to cut the ham into more detailed pieces like this. The leftover ham can be placed between the two slices of bread.

Once all those steps are done, put it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. If you want the egg to be just slightly cooked, bake it for only about 15 minutes.

Finally, you can enjoy this breakfast baked egg bread toast with coffee, whether hot or cold, or with warm milk.
