Hello everyone! This time, for those who love crispy, crunchy fried chicken, I want to share a recipe for Korean style fried chicken wings.
Ingredients
• 6 chicken wings
• 3 tablespoons of chili powder and 5 tablespoons of chili sauce
• Corn flour, baking soda, salt, and a little black pepper powder
• 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 2 teaspoons of thinly sliced ginger
Step-by-step preparation
1. In a large bowl, add 8 tablespoons of corn flour, 2½ teaspoons of salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, then mix well.
After that, coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with this flour mixture and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
2. In another large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, a little breadcrumbs, a little wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda, then mix well.
In another small bowl, add 250 milliliters of water and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, then mix well.
After that, pour the chili sauce mixture from the small bowl into the large bowl and mix well.
3. Next, coat the chicken pieces again with this chili sauce mixture.
4. Heat a pot and add oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken pieces for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the fried chicken pieces on oil-absorbent paper. Once all the excess oil has drained off, you can enjoy them deliciously with your favorite sour sauce.
