Hello everyone. To stay healthy and well-nourished when eating three meals of rice a day, meat dishes are important as the main dish, and fried vegetable dishes as side dishes are also extremely important.
This time, I'd like to share a recipe for a fried mushroom side dish that you can cook quickly in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 large shiitake mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- Salt and ground pepper, a pinch
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat a pan on high heat and add oil.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the mushrooms, sesame oil, spring onion, and garlic, and stir-fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Once the mushrooms are softened and a little liquid comes out, turn off the heat. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and ground pepper, and taste to adjust the seasoning.
Once you've completed all three steps, you'll have a delicious fried mushroom side dish ready.
It pairs perfectly when served alongside Korean fried rice or rice salad.
