Hello everyone. This time, for those who love Korean food, I'd like to share a recipe for spicy beef soup.

Ingredients

  • Beef - 1 pound
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Spring onions - 2 stalks (cut into about 2-inch lengths, 3-4 pieces each)
  • Bean sprouts - 112 grams
  • Finely minced garlic - 2 table spoons

  • Sesame oil - 2 table spoons
  • Chili powder - 2 tea spoons and chili paste - 2 table spoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tea spoons
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
  • Eggs - 2 (beaten)

(You can also add glass noodles and enjoy it as a beef and glass noodle soup.)

Step-by-step instructions

1. Pour 1 liter of water into a pot, add the beef, and bring it to a boil.

2. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and remove the fat/foam that rises to the surface.

3. Once the beef is cooked, take it out into a bowl and turn off the heat.

4. Once the beef has cooled down, shred the meat.

5. Then add the spring onions and bean sprouts, and mix well.

6. After that, add the garlic, sesame oil, chili powder, chili paste, soy sauce, and black pepper powder, and mix well.

7. Next, put the mixed vegetables and beef into the pot and bring it to a boil.

8. After about five minutes, taste for seasoning, and add more soy sauce if needed.

9. Then add the beaten eggs.

10. If using glass noodles, add them now and turn off the heat.

And there you have it - a hot and spicy beef soup. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
