Hello everyone. Let's fry up small sausages the way Koreans usually eat them, nice and moist, together with some vegetables. In Korea, this is often said to be one of the common side dishes packed in lunch boxes.
Ingredients
- Sausages 200 grams
- Bell pepper 70 grams (thinly sliced)
- Shallots 40 grams (thinly sliced)
- Oil
For the sauce
- Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
(Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl)
Method
1. Add oil to a preheated pan and fry the sausages over high heat. Fry just until the sausages are about half cooked.
2. Add the bell pepper and shallots, and fry for about 2 minutes until they wilt.
3. Lower the heat to medium and pour in the prepared sauce. Stir for about 1 minute until everything is well coated, then remove the pan from the heat.
Serving it with hot steamed rice makes it extremely delicious.
