For all the noodle lovers out there, this time I'd like to introduce a recipe for Korean stir-fried noodles.
Ingredients
- About 13 ounces of chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 8 ounces of green cabbage
- 210 grams of carrots
- 20 grams of red bell pepper
- 600 grams of Korean noodles (sweet potato glass noodles)
- A little oil
(You can also add more than two kinds of vegetables to make it more varied and wholesome)
Ingredients for the marinade to season the chicken
- 6 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- A little chili powder
Step-by-step instructions
Cut the green cabbage into pieces and slice the carrots thinly lengthwise. In a large bowl, mix together all 5 ingredients needed for the marinade. Then add the thinly sliced chicken into the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Next, pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil for about 5 to 8 minutes. Then add the noodles and boil for about 3 minutes, after which drain the water.
Once the chicken has marinated for 30 minutes, heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the chicken pieces for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Right after that, add the noodles into the pan and stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.
And there you have it—now you can enjoy this delicious Korean stir-fried noodles.
