We're sharing a recipe for Potato Cheese Sticks for those who love fried potatoes. If you buy Potato Cheese Sticks from shops, you have to pay a high price for just a small amount, so making them at home means you can eat as much as you like.

Those who love cheese should try making this too. It's really easy to make — you just put a small cheese stick inside the potato and fry it.

To make Potato Cheese Sticks, cut 3 boiled potatoes into small chunks and put them in a large bowl. Add half a small bowl of sour cream, a small amount of finely chopped spring onions, a small amount of finely diced bacon, 1 teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of ground pepper, then mash everything together. Once mashed, stir or knead it a little so it becomes smooth.

Also prepare Cheddar Cheese sticks to put inside the potato. Then take a heaping tablespoon of the mashed potato and roll it in your hands into a ball. Once rolled, insert one cheese stick and shape it with your hands into a long, round stick shape.

Line up a bowl with 2 beaten eggs, a bowl with flour, and a bowl with bread crumbs. Then take each of the potato-and-cheese sticks you shaped earlier, one at a time, and coat them in the flour bowl. Then dip them into the egg bowl. Then coat them in the bread crumbs bowl. After that, you can put them into the oil pot and fry them.

Once fried, put them on a plate and you can enjoy them dipped in your favorite sauce. These Potato Cheese Sticks can be enjoyed as a snack, or made together with family on New Year's Eve.
