Hello everyone! As the mango season approaches with mangoes ripening abundantly before long, I'd like to share a recipe for a homemade mango pudding dessert that mango lovers can make themselves at home.

Ingredients

  • Mango 200 grams (mash with a fork until pulpy, or you can blend it in a juicer)
  • Heavy Cream about 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  • Water 15 tablespoons
  • Sugar 30 grams
  • Gelatin Powder 4 grams

Step-by-step method

1. Pour 15 tablespoons of water into a pot and heat it until small bubbles start rising from the bottom of the pot. Then remove it from the stove.

2. Add sugar to the hot water and stir until it dissolves completely.

3. Pour in the gelatin powder and stir again until evenly combined. Slowly pour the resulting sugar-gelatin mixture into the mango pulp and stir well until evenly mixed.

4. Next, add the lemon juice and stir until evenly mixed. Depending on the type of mango you're using, if the mango is already very sour, you can skip adding the lemon juice.

5. Divide the resulting mango mixture evenly into prepared small bowls. Then refrigerate for about 2 hours. If you're in a hurry, chilling for about 40 to 50 minutes will also work.

6. Once the mango pudding has set firmly, pour a little heavy cream on top of the mango pudding. Then decorate with small pieces of mango.

And there you have it - a delicious mango pudding dessert!
