Hello everyone! This time, the dish I want to share is just right for housewives who are too busy with work. If you cook beef curry the normal way, you have to wait quite a long time for it to become tender.
But by spending just about 15 minutes, here's how to cook a tender and delicious beef curry...
Ingredients
- 0.5 viss (about 0.8 kg) of beef (sliced thinly lengthwise)
- 3 green chilies (sliced thinly)
- About 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander (washed and cut in half)
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch and 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon each of oyster sauce and fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- A little salt and sugar
Step-by-step instructions
1. Mix the thinly sliced beef well with corn starch, cooking wine, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, and oil, then marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat a wok and stir-fry the beef for about 1 minute. Once the beef is no longer pink, transfer it to a plate.
3. Add a little oil to the wok and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and green chili, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the coriander and beef, mix well, then add salt and sugar, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Taste for seasoning, adjusting the saltiness lightly, and you will have a delicious, slightly spicy beef stir-fry.
You can enjoy it deliciously together with rice.
