For beef lovers and those who enjoy beef dishes, this time we're sharing a method for making delicious beef meatballs cooked with tomato paste sauce.

Finely chop one large onion into small pieces.

Put 600 grams of minced beef into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped onions you prepared earlier.

Chop up some coriander and add it in as well. Pound 2 cloves of garlic and add it in. Add 42 grams of bread crumbs.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika (for color), and crack in 1 egg, then knead until well combined.

Once well kneaded, form into small balls.

Once shaped into balls, fry them in a pot of oil.

Chop another large onion into small pieces the same way as before.
Then add plenty of oil into a pot and fry the onions for about 5 minutes until softened.

Cut a large chili pod in half and add it in. Slice 3 cloves of garlic into thin rounds and add them too. Then stir for about 3 minutes and let it sit.

Add 600 grams of tomato paste sauce. Mix ordinary tomato sauce (the kind used for dipping) with an equal amount of water, and add about 600 milliliters of this mixture. Also add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika (for color), and 7 basil leaves sliced thinly.

Once well stirred, add in the fried beef meatballs, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Once the time is up, scoop it into a serving bowl and it's ready to eat.
