Hello everyone! This time, the pork recipe I want to share with you all is a mouth-watering dish made with dried mushrooms, dried lily flowers, vegetables, scrambled eggs, and other ingredients.
Ingredients
- Pork 100 grams (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- A handful of dried mushrooms and dried lily flowers (soaked in water)
- Half a cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- Cooking oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 bulb (thinly sliced)
- A pinch of salt
Sauce needed for marinating the pork
- A pinch of salt
- Light soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Cornstarch 2 teaspoons
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Sauce needed for frying
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon and dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- Water or chicken stock 1 tablespoon
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Vinegar half a teaspoon
Step-by-step instructions
1. To marinate the pork, mix the medium-cut pork pieces evenly with salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes so the meat can absorb the sauce well.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, water or chicken stock, ground black pepper, and vinegar until well combined.
3. Add a pinch of salt to the 2 eggs and beat them. Heat the wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then add the eggs and scramble them. Once done, transfer to a plate.
4. Add a little more oil to the wok. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and stir-fry quickly for about 5 to 8 seconds. As soon as it's done, immediately transfer it to the bowl.
5. There will be some oil left in the wok. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the dried mushrooms, dried lily flowers, and carrot, and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the scrambled eggs back in. Add the cucumber and pork, and stir-fry everything together evenly.
6. Next, pour in the sauce prepared in step (2) and stir-fry well. Add a little salt and taste for seasoning.
And there you have it — a bowl of mixed vegetable scrambled egg pork stir-fry is ready.
