Hello everyone! Cooking chicken sweet, cooking it spicy, cooking it as oil-braised curry — you might be getting a bit tired of the usual ways, right? That's why I want to share this Sweet Mushroom Chicken Stir-Fry recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces chicken breast
  • 4 oz (120 grams) cheese
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 35 grams wheat flour
  • about 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 14 oz (400 grams) white mushrooms
  • about 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 120 ml chicken stock
  • about 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour

Step-by-step instructions

Cut the chicken breasts in half. Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Grate the cheese until it becomes shredded.

Next, mix the wheat flour, salt, and ground black pepper together on a plate, then coat the chicken pieces with this flour mixture. Once done, add oil to a large pot and fry the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on each side.

Set the fried chicken pieces aside separately, as you'll need to fry the mushrooms next. Add the mushrooms into the pot first. Then add a little salt, chicken stock, and vinegar, and cook for about 7 minutes. After that, add the rice flour and simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes. Once the sauce has thickened, transfer it into a bowl.

Then preheat the oven to medium heat and place the fried chicken pieces into a baking dish. Arrange the mushrooms evenly on top of the chicken. Then layer the cheese on top of the mushrooms.

After about five minutes, the cheese will have melted. At that point, remove it from the oven.

And there you have it — a delicious plate of Sweet Mushroom Chicken Stir-Fry ready to enjoy.
