Tired of eating the same old fried eggs, egg curry, or boiled eggs over and over again?
If so, then use the variety of cooking methods shown below to create new dishes, new flavors, and a new look for your eggs.
Omelette-style Rolled Eggs
The ingredients you'll need are 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk.
1. First, separate the egg whites and egg yolk carefully.
2. Heat up the pan and grease it with butter. Then pour in the egg whites and cook for about 30 seconds.
3. While the egg whites are still slightly undercooked, place the egg yolk right in the center.
4. Once the egg whites are fully cooked, fold the edges of the egg to form a square shape.
And there you have it — a delicious, freshly-styled omelette-style rolled egg.
The next dish is egg-wrapped rice, made with rice sandwiched between two layers of egg white.
The ingredients needed are 4 eggs and one bowl of rice.
As before, separate the egg yolks and whites carefully.
1. Add the 4 egg yolks into the bowl of rice, then mix the rice and eggs thoroughly until well combined.
2. Heat up the pan and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in 2 of the egg whites, spreading them across the surface of the pan.
3. Then sprinkle a little cheese on top. (Adding cheese makes it tastier, but if you prefer, you can skip the cheese and cook it plain.)
4. Next, pour the rice mixed with egg yolk into the pan. Use the back of a spoon to gently press it down so the surface is even.
5. Then pour the remaining 2 egg whites on top. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Once the time is up, you can remove it from the stove.
And there you have it — a pizza-shaped egg-wrapped rice dish. Use a knife or a pizza cutter to slice it into four pieces and enjoy it as much as you like.
