Hello everyone! The Oreo cheesecake we're sharing this time won't use an oven at all — it will mainly use the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 400 grams cream cheese
- 400 milliliters heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- About 8 to 10 Oreo cookies
Step-by-step method
1. Put about 24 Oreo cookies into a sealed bag and crush them until finely crumbled. Transfer the resulting cookie crumbs into a bowl and mix thoroughly with 4 tablespoons of butter.
2. Line the cake pan you'll use with baking paper. Then add the cookie crumbs into the pan and smooth the surface evenly. Once the surface is even, press it down gently. After that, place it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, put the cream cheese into a large bowl and beat it with an electric mixer. Then add the heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar and mix again until well combined.
4. Crumble about 8 to 10 Oreo cookies into the cream cheese bowl. Then mix thoroughly with a spoon.
5. Take the chilled pan out of the refrigerator and pour the cream cheese-cookie mixture into the pan.
6. Once the surface is smoothed evenly, refrigerate for 4 hours. (You can also decorate the top layer by crumbling 2 to 3 Oreo cookies over it.)
Once the set time is up, you'll have a delicious Oreo cheesecake ready.
Cut into small squares and enjoy it deliciously to your liking.
