When it comes to making cake, most people think you can only do it with a cake machine or oven, and that it's too much trouble, so they don't try making it themselves at home anymore. So this time, for those who love cake, I want to share a way to make sweet potato cake at home by yourself, using the easiest method, without needing a cake machine or oven.

Peel one large sweet potato, cut it into not-too-thick, not-too-thin slices, and boil it.

Once it's boiled, mash it until smooth.

After mashing it smooth, add 5 tablespoons of sugar and 80 grams of Heavy Cream, and knead until evenly mixed.

Buy a plain soft sponge cake. Since you won't be baking the cake yourself, buy a good quality cake and, as shown in the picture, slice it into not-too-thick, not-too-thin layers and use a cup to shape it into a round form.

Since we're only making about 3 layers, you'll need 3 slices. Spread a generous amount of the mashed sweet potato you prepared earlier onto the sliced cake pieces. Then stack them one on top of another.

Ready-made Whipping Cream is sold for convenience. Buy that Whipping Cream and spread it around the sides and on top of the cake. Rotate the plate holding the cake to make it even, and adjust it using a flat spoon or a knife.

Once you've carefully evened it out, sift the remaining cake crumbs through a strainer and sprinkle them on top.
To make it look nice, place a piece of fruit on top for decoration.

Now you'll have your very own homemade sweet potato cake ready.
