Frying chicken the same old way every time can get boring. Whether you want to pair it with plain white rice, or just enjoy some fried chicken with a cold drink or a nice beer, I'd like to share this recipe for making fried chicken that's even more delicious using Orange Juice.

Cut 2lb of boneless chicken meat into small pieces and put them into a bowl.

In another large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 cup of corn flour, and 3 cups of wheat flour, then crack in 1 egg.

Add half a cup of water and mix well. While mixing, add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir thoroughly.

Once well mixed, add in the chicken pieces you cut earlier, mix them in, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 30 minutes.

Once the time is up, heat plenty of oil in a pot and fry the chicken.

Once fried, remove and drain the oil.

In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a little chili powder. Add in half a teaspoon of pounded ginger, 1 tablespoon of pounded garlic, one-quarter cup of white sugar, and one-quarter cup of brown sugar, then mix.

Add one-quarter cup of Orange Juice, one-quarter cup of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, then mix.

Once it starts to bubble, mix 2 tablespoons of water with 2 tablespoons of corn flour and add it in.

Once it thickens slightly, add in the fried chicken and mix.

Once evenly mixed, drizzle in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix again.

Once everything is done, scoop it into a plate and enjoy it however you like. Now you have delicious fried chicken made with Orange Juice.
