Hello everyone. This time, I'd like to share how to make butter-flavored fried mushrooms, which can be cooked and enjoyed as a side dish.
Ingredients
- White mushrooms 0.5 lb
- Garlic 3 cloves (thinly sliced)
- Coriander leaves about a handful
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- A little salt
- Chicken stock (or water) 1 tablespoon
- A little ground black pepper
Step-by-step instructions
1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, then cut off the stem ends. After that, pat them dry.
2. Heat a pot and melt the butter. Add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Then add the mushrooms and fry for about 2 minutes.
4. Add a little salt. Add the chicken stock (or water), cover, and let it cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Make sure to stir it frequently as well.
5. Once the time is up, remove from the stove and transfer to a plate. If you like coriander, sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves on just before eating.
And there you have it — a delicious butter-flavored fried mushroom dish. Enjoy it deliciously with rice.
