Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to introduce a recipe for pasta, an Italian dish. The main ingredients are Italian pasta noodles, pork, and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Dried smoked pork (bacon) 1 ounce (120 grams)
- Onion 1
- Coriander (cilantro) 1 sprig
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Italian pasta noodles 1 pound (450 grams)
- Ripe tomatoes, about 2 pounds
- Salt, about 3/4 teaspoon
- Chili powder, about 1/4 teaspoon
Step-by-step instructions
Cut the dried smoked pork into 1-inch cubes. Also chop the onion, coriander, and garlic finely.
To make the tomato sauce, score a cross shape on top of each tomato with a knife. Then boil water in a large pot until it's bubbling vigorously. Once the water is boiling, add the scored tomatoes and boil for about 20 seconds.
Once the time is up, remove them from the pot, let them cool, and then peel off the skins.
Then cut them into small pieces.
Next, heat a pan and add the dried pork, onion, and coriander, frying for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the garlic and continue frying for 1 more minute. Then add the tomatoes, a little salt, and a little chili powder, and fry for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Next, cook the pasta noodles according to the time indicated on the package instructions (the time may vary depending on the type of pasta noodle package).
Mix the cooked noodles with the tomato pork mixture fried earlier. Then place in a bowl and enjoy deliciously. If you want a richer flavor, you can sprinkle some thinly sliced cheese on top and enjoy it to your taste.
