Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced, salt-water soaked sour radish
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of finely minced garlic
- A little ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 sprig of coriander
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the finely sliced sour radish and fry for about a minute.
Then add the finely minced garlic and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
2. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a little ground pepper, and beat well until evenly mixed.
3. Spread the sour radish evenly across the surface of the pan. Then pour in the beaten eggs.
4. Once one side of the egg turns golden brown, flip it over to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Now your sour radish fried egg is ready. Transfer it to a plate and garnish with a sprig of coriander.
