Hello everyone. This time, the dish I'd like to share is how to make pork stir-fried with leeks.
Ingredients
- Pork 150 grams
- Leeks 3 stalks
- 3 cloves of garlic and 1 whole bulb of garlic
- A piece of ginger about the size of half a thumb
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce half a tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce half a teaspoon
- A little chili powder and corn flour 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil half a tablespoon
Step by step instructions
1. Cut the leeks into about 3 cm pieces. Slice the garlic and ginger thinly. Also slice the onion thinly.
2. Heat the wok and add the leeks, stir-frying for about 2 minutes.
3. Slice the pork thinly. Then mix it with corn flour, water, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and chili powder. After that, add half a tablespoon of sesame oil and mix again until well combined. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
4. Heat the wok and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork slices and fry. When the pork changes color, push the pork slices to the side of the wok so they no longer touch the direct heat.
5. Next, add the garlic and ginger into the wok and fry in the oil until fragrant. Then add the leeks and stir-fry until well combined. Finally, mix in the pork and stir-fry together.
Once you've tasted and adjusted the seasoning to your liking, you'll have a delicious pork stir-fried with leeks ready to serve.
