Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for fried pork with a rich sour flavor infused throughout.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 4 viss
  • Onion - 1 (peeled and cut in half)
  • Garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)
  • Grapefruit - 2 (squeezed for juice, keep the squeezed peel)
  • Lemon - 2 (squeezed for juice, keep the squeezed peel)

  • Salt and pepper powder - a little
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Step-by-step instructions

1. First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, and chili powder until well combined.

3. Place the pork into a large pot and rub it with the spice mixture prepared earlier. Then add the onion, garlic, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, lemon peels, and grapefruit peels into the pot.

4. Cover the pot with a lid, place it in the oven, and let it cook for about 3 and a half hours.

5. Once the set time is up, take it out of the oven and remove the fat from the pork.

Some pork fat will remain in the pot.

6. Add a little of the remaining pork fat into a frying pan and heat it up. Then fry the removed pork fat pieces until crispy.

And there you have it - a delicious dish of fried pork with a rich, tangy flavor infused throughout.
