Hello everyone! This time, the recipe we'd like to share is a pork stew cooked with a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 1.5 viss
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Shallot - 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Salt and black pepper powder - a little
  • Potatoes - 3 (peeled and cut into small square chunks)

  • Sweet potato - 1 (peeled and cut into small square chunks)
  • Carrots - 2 (cut into small square chunks)
  • Mushrooms - a little (thinly sliced)
  • Green beans (cut into 1.5-inch lengths)
  • Chicken stock - 1 liter

  • Canned tomato paste - 1 can

Step-by-step instructions

1. Cut the pork into medium-sized chunks. Heat a pot, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the shallots and sauté until fragrant. Then add the pork and stir-fry until it turns brown.

2. Next, add the chicken stock. After adding the tomato paste, bring it to a boil. Cover the pot and let it simmer on medium heat for about 1 hour.

3. Once the pork becomes tender, add the potatoes, sweet potato, carrots, and mushrooms, cover, and simmer for another 30 minutes.

4. Once the vegetables are tender, add the green beans and simmer for another 10 minutes.

When the sauce reaches the consistency you like, you can remove it from the stove.

And there you have it — a delicious mixed vegetable pork stew!
