That's why this time, I'm sharing a healthy pork and mushroom stew recipe that doesn't require a lot of oil. I hope everyone will enjoy it.

Step-by-step Instructions

Heat the pot and add the butter, letting it melt. Then add about half a tablespoon of olive oil. Season the sliced pork rounds with salt and pepper. Then add them to the pot and fry. Fry each side for about 4 minutes. Then place them on a plate.

Keep the pot at medium heat. Add the remaining olive oil. Add the shallots, mushrooms, and garlic, and stir for about 8 minutes.

Sprinkle in the wheat flour. Add the chicken stock and cream. Add the thyme, coriander, salt, and black pepper, and stir well. Then taste to check the saltiness.

Return the fried pork slices to the pot and stir gently. Cover the pot with a lid and wait about 8 minutes for the pork to become tender. Once 8 minutes have passed, you can enjoy this bowl of pork and mushroom stew together with rice.
