Salmon is one of the healthiest fish, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, making it especially good for health. Let's share how to pan-fry this fish with a Korean-style Bulgogi flavor.
Ingredients
- Salmon 1 lb
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- Rice wine 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced garlic 2 teaspoons
- Thinly sliced ginger 1 teaspoon
- A little black pepper powder
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. If the salmon has bones, remove them. Then cut the fish into pieces about an inch thick.
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, lemon juice, sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper powder thoroughly. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Next, soak the fish pieces in this marinade mixture for about 20 to 30 minutes.
4. After marinating for a while, the marinade will soak into the flesh. At that point, heat up a non-stick pan. Add oil, then fry the salmon pieces for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Once all sides of the fish are fully cooked, you'll have a delicious Bulgogi-flavored pan-fried salmon ready to enjoy.
