Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for a rice dish that's rich in the fatty acids of salmon, the protein of eggs, and the vitamins of avocado.

Ingredients

  • Salmon 0.5 lb
  • 1 red chili pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 egg (soft-boiled)
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 bowl of rice

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • A little salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Step-by-step instructions

1. Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the salmon and sprinkle in a little salt and ground black pepper.

2. Lower the heat slightly and fry the salmon for about 5 to 7 minutes. When the salmon is about 80% cooked, flip it over and fry for another 3 minutes.

3. Place the cooked salmon on top of the rice, then drizzle a little sauce over it.

4. Add a little more sesame oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the red chili pepper and fry for about 2 minutes. Then add it into the bowl of rice.

5. Slice the avocado thinly and add it into the bowl of rice. Also add the boiled egg into the same bowl of rice.
