Hello everyone! Usually, potatoes and beef are cooked together, but this time I want to share how to make a beef dish stuffed inside baked potatoes, cooking the potatoes and beef separately.

Ingredients

For baking the potatoes

  • Potatoes - 3
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 3 tablespoons

For cooking the beef

  • Beef - about 1 pound (cut into thin strips)
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Paprika powder - 1 tablespoon

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Beef broth - 480 milliliters
  • A small amount of thyme leaves
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

Step-by-step instructions

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash the potatoes, dry them, then poke them with a fork. Then drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of salt and roll the potatoes so the salt sticks evenly on them.

Then place the potatoes in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour.

While the potatoes are baking, cook the beef. Heat a pot, add oil, then add the beef. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika powder, and stir well.

After cooking for a few minutes, add the chopped thyme leaves, then pour in the beef broth and stir.

Once the beef is tender, add the block of butter into the pot and wait until it melts. Stir for a few more minutes, then remove from the stove.

When the potatoes are fully baked, take them out of the oven, cut each potato in half through the middle, and pour the beef dish into the opening.

Now you can enjoy this delicious beef-stuffed potato dish together with rice.
