If you're someone who really loves beef, you'll surely enjoy pairing beef stir-fry with a nice bowl of plain white rice. To make this pairing even tastier and more delicious, and to make it look more appetizing, here's an easy way to make beef stir-fry that we'd like to share with you.
Cut 250 grams of beef into small cube-shaped pieces and put them into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of fish sauce, half a tablespoon of anchovy fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, then mix and knead well.
Grate 1 whole bulb of garlic and add it in. Add half a teaspoon of chili powder and knead well again until evenly mixed.
If you have small tomatoes, add them in too. If you don't have small ones, use larger tomatoes, remove the seeds from inside, and cut them into big chunks before adding.
Add a little oil into the wok, then add the beef and stir-fry it. While frying, shake the wok (stir it) as you cook.
Once the beef is nearly done, add the tomatoes. Once they've softened, remove the dish from the heat.
Once the beef stir-fry has softened and cooked through, scoop the fried beef onto a plate and simply pair it with a bowl of plain white rice to enjoy.
If you don't want to eat it with rice, you can also put some lettuce or cabbage leaves on a plate and pair them with the beef stir-fry. Either way, you'll have a delicious and easy-to-make beef stir-fry ready to enjoy.
