Hello everyone! As we all know, having a soup to drink while eating rice makes the meal even more delicious. This time, I'd like to share the recipe for a warm, flavorful mustard green pork soup.
Ingredients
- 0.5 viss pork (sliced thinly lengthwise)
- 0.5 viss mushrooms (sliced thinly)
- A small amount of small mustard greens
- 2 liters chicken stock (or water)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step-by-step instructions
1. Mix the pork thoroughly with the cooking wine and salt, then let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat a pot and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and fry for about 4 minutes. Then, scoop it out into a bowl.
3. In the same pot, add the mushrooms and mustard greens, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Slowly pour the chicken stock (or water) into the pot, then cook over high heat.
5. Once the soup starts to boil vigorously, add the pork and salt, and stir well to mix.
6. Then, cover the pot with a lid and cook over high heat for about 4 minutes.
When the time is up, you'll have a delicious mustard green pork soup ready.
You can enjoy it warm and flavorful right before eating rice.
