For those who love shrimp, we're sharing a method to coat shrimp with egg and flour and fry it up deliciously. Just like fried breaded shrimp, you can dip it in sour sauce like this, or eat it with plain rice mixed with oil and salt, and it will still make a satisfying meal.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, a little chili powder, and if you have dried coriander, add a bit and stir well.
In another bowl, put some wheat flour.
Clean the shrimp thoroughly, wash it, and once the water has drained off, pat it dry with an oil-absorbing paper towel.
Once everything is ready, take the shrimp one by one, coat it in the flour bowl, then dip it in the egg bowl, and finally just fry it in the oil pot.
Once fried, remove it onto a plate, dip it in some sour sauce, and enjoy it however you like.
