Hello everyone! For those who are tired of eating only Asian dishes all the time, this time I'd like to share a recipe for Spanish-style pork croquettes.

Ingredients

  • About 100 ml chicken stock
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 107 grams flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • A little salt and black pepper

  • 75 grams dried ham (finely diced)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Some breadcrumbs

Step-by-step instructions

1. Put 8 tablespoons of olive oil into a pot and heat it up. Add the flour and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add the milk and chicken stock and stir well. Let it cook for about 30 minutes.

2. After 30 minutes, add the salt and black pepper and continue stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

3. Add the dried ham and stir continuously over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat and taste for seasoning, adjusting saltiness as needed.

4. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

5. Once the time is up, you'll need to prepare to shape the mixture. First, coat your hands with flour so the mixture doesn't stick to them. Then, shape the chilled mixture from the refrigerator into bite-sized pieces.

6. Dip the shaped pieces into the beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs.

7. Heat a pot with oil and add more olive oil. Then fry the pork croquettes in the hot oil until they turn golden brown.

Once everything is fried, you can now enjoy your delicious Spanish-style pork croquettes.
