Ingredients
Source: Pinterest.com
- Small wheat noodles - about 8 ounces
- Chili flakes - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- A small amount of roast beef and roast beef juice - 4 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon and sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
Steps to prepare
1. To boil the noodles, pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Slice the roast beef thinly and place it into a bowl. Add the roast beef juice, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes into the bowl, and mix well until evenly combined.
3. Once the water in the pot is boiling, add the noodles and boil for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then remove from the stove and drain the hot water. After that, rinse the noodles repeatedly with cold water until they are completely cooled.
4. Once the noodles have cooled, transfer them to a plate and pour the roast beef mixture you prepared earlier over the noodles. Add the sesame oil and mix thoroughly, then taste for seasoning. If needed, you can add more fish sauce, sugar, or vinegar. If you like sesame seeds, sprinkle some on top.

If you want to make it look nice, add half a boiled egg and thinly sliced cucumber (or any vegetable of your choice), and you can enjoy it deliciously.
