Most people have tried Kimchi Stew, one of the popular Korean dishes. But since not many people have tried Spicy Tofu Stew, we're sharing a way to cook a delicious Spicy Tofu Stew easily at home.

To cook Spicy Tofu Stew, you'll need Soft Tofu - 1 pack, Egg - 1, minced pork (or chicken) - a small amount, minced red onion - a moderate amount, and green onion cut into rings - a moderate amount. You can also add clams, shrimp, or eel if you'd like.

To start cooking, add 2 tablespoons of oil into the pot, then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

Add the cut green onion and fry it, then after a while, add the minced pork (or chicken) and fry. Once the pork is cooked, add the minced red onion and stir.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and half a tablespoon of crushed garlic, and stir.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of coloring chili powder and 1.5 tablespoons of chili powder.

Add a small amount of fine chili powder and stir. Once it looks good, add 1 tablespoon of Korean soy sauce and stir. Once done, turn off the heat.

Place the pot you'll use for the stew on the stove and add 200 ml of clean water. If you're adding clams, shrimp, or eel, add them first. Then add the pork (or chicken) that was fried earlier.

Once it starts boiling, add the Soft Tofu. After a while, crack in 1 egg. Slice some large chili peppers on top and add green onion. Then let it simmer for about 3 minutes.

Once the time is up, take it off the stove, and you can enjoy your delicious Spicy Tofu Stew.
