Hello everyone! On this blessed morning, for those who like to fill their stomachs with fried rice, this time I'd like to share a recipe for beef fried rice.
Ingredients
- 3 bowls of rice
- 1.5 viss of beef (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- 1 bowl of vegetables (green peas, carrots, corn kernels, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- Half a teaspoon of chili powder
- A little cooking oil
- A little spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced garlic
- 3 tablespoons of thinly sliced onion
Step-by-step instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, and chili powder thoroughly together.
2. Cut the beef into pieces about one inch across. Mix the beef thoroughly with half of the sauce mixture prepared earlier. Then let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Heat a wok and add cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the beef and fry for about 2 to 4 minutes. When done, transfer to a plate.
4. Add more cooking oil to the wok. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and onion and fry for about a minute until fragrant. Then add the rice and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. After that, add the vegetables and stir-fry thoroughly for another minute. Then pour in the remaining sauce mixture and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
5. Push the rice to one side of the wok, then crack the egg into the empty space in the wok. Once the egg is scrambled, mix it thoroughly with the rice.
Taste for saltiness, and if needed, you can add a little more salt.
And there you have it - a delicious beef fried rice!
