Hello everyone! This time, the recipe I'd like to share is a tofu and fish steamed dish prepared mainly with tofu, long beans, and fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of ready-made fermented bean paste
  • 230 grams of long beans
  • 1 piece of tofu (thinly sliced)
  • 2 large pieces of fish (you can use any fish you prefer, such as catfish or snakehead fish)
  • 4 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (finely shredded)
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Step-by-step instructions

1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.

2. Place the tofu slices on a large plate. Arrange the long beans, cut into moderate lengths, around the tofu. Then spread a little of the fermented bean paste on top of the tofu, and sprinkle a little salt over it.

3. Place the fish pieces on top of the tofu. Then spread the remaining fermented bean paste evenly over the fish. Put the whole plate into the steaming pot and steam over the already boiling water for about 8 minutes.

4. Once the time is up, sprinkle the ginger and spring onion over the fish.

5. Heat a small pot and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, pour it immediately over the fish.

Once all these steps are complete, you'll have a delicious tofu and fish steamed dish ready to enjoy.
