Hello everyone! This time, the recipe I want to share is braised pork ribs with fermented soybeans.
Ingredients
• Pork ribs - 1 viss
• Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
• About 4 slices of ginger and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
• Fermented black soybeans - 1 tablespoon
• Salt - 1 tablespoon
• Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
• Water - 2 tablespoons
• Vegetable oil - 1/2 tablespoon
• Thinly sliced spring onions
Step-by-step instructions
1. Cut the pork ribs into bite-sized pieces, wash with cold water, then soak them in cold water for about 20 minutes. Once the time is up, pat them dry with a clean cloth.
2. In a bowl, add the sugar, salt, and garlic, and mix until well combined. Add the pork rib pieces to the bowl and mix again. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
3. Once the time is up, take it out of the refrigerator. Then mix it again with the fermented soybeans, garlic, salt, and cooking wine. After that, let it sit at room temperature for about 40 minutes.
4. Mix the water and corn starch until well combined. Then pour it over the pork ribs. Steam the pork ribs in a steamer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
When the time is up, take it out of the steamer, sprinkle with spring onions, and enjoy it deliciously with rice.
