Hello everyone! This time, let's fry up some sticky rice balls. Instead of eating sticky rice the usual way, let's make a tastier version by frying it for a different and more delicious flavor.
Ingredients
- Sticky rice (cooked)
- Oyster sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce – 1 and a half tablespoons
- Fish sauce for seasoning – 1 teaspoon
- A little sesame oil
- A little chicken stock
- A little salt
- Oil
- A little dried shrimp (soak in hot water for about 15 minutes)
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- Dried mushrooms (soak in hot water)
- 3 pieces of pork/chicken sausage
- Dried chili flakes
- A little coriander
Mix together the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, chicken stock, and salt, then set aside for a while. Heat the pot, add oil, and put in the dried shrimp.
After that, add the shallots, mushrooms, and sausage, and stir-fry. Be careful not to let the shallots burn. Then add the sticky rice.
Add in the oyster sauce mixture prepared earlier. Stir well. Sprinkle with dried chili flakes and coriander.
