Hello everyone. Just as the saying goes, "the best fruit is the mango, the best meat is pork," let's try cooking pork, which is considered the most delicious to Myanmar people's taste, in a Korean-style chili oil stir-fry this time.
Ingredients
• Pork 500 grams (cut into medium-sized pieces)
• Onion, 1 bulb (thinly sliced)
• Thinly sliced garlic, 1 tablespoon
• Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
• Chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon and sugar, 1 tablespoon
• A small amount of chili oil
• Chili peppers, 2 pieces (thinly sliced)
• Chili flakes, 3 tablespoons
• Spring onion, 1 stalk (thinly sliced)
• Fish sauce and rice wine, 1 tablespoon each
Step-by-step instructions
1. Pour the vegetable oil into a pot, and once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes.
2. Once the oil becomes fragrant, add the pork and fry. Add sugar and continue frying until well cooked.
3. Add the chili powder, fish sauce, rice wine, and chili flakes, and stir-fry. After frying for about 30 seconds, add the chili oil and fry. After about 5 minutes of frying, the pork will become tender.
4. Once the pork becomes tender, add the chili peppers and fry for about 1 minute. When transferring from the pot to a plate, you can add the spring onion and chili pepper pieces for garnish.
