When it comes to chicken wings, most people just fry them, cook them in curry, or make soup with them. So, to try something a bit different, here's a recipe for stuffed chicken wings that you can share. To make stuffed chicken wings, you'll need an oven.

Soak 2 wood ear mushrooms in water. Also soak a small packet of glass noodles (vermicelli) in water. Take 12 chicken wings and remove the bones from inside. This is necessary so that you can stuff them.

Once you've removed the bones, put the chicken wings into a large bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, then massage it in.

In a mortar, add a little chili powder, then slice 3 cloves of garlic and some coriander stems into small pieces, add them in, and pound together.

Once the soaked glass noodles have softened, cut them with scissors. Take about 2 handfuls of minced chicken and add it to the bowl with the glass noodles, then mix together.

Add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a small cup of finely grated carrot, and the pounded chili mixture you made earlier. Also finely slice the 2 soaked wood ear mushrooms and add them in. Add a little sliced shallot and 1 teaspoon of sugar, then mix everything together.

Once everything is well mixed, stuff the mixture into the chicken wings. After stuffing them all, place them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) and bake for about 25 minutes.

Once the time is up, remove it from the oven and slice it into round pieces.

Once you've sliced them all, arrange them neatly on a plate, and your stuffed chicken wings are ready to enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
