Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
- A small amount of parsley leaves
- 2 teaspoons salt and half a teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1.5 lb ground beef (finely minced)
- 1 and a half bowls of rice
Step-by-step preparation method
1. Cut off the top of each bell pepper. Then wash them thoroughly with water. Afterwards, remove the seeds from inside.
Thinly slice the tops that were cut off. As for the remaining bell peppers, place them in salted water and let it come to a boil for about 5 minutes.
2. Heat a pot and add the olive oil and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the thinly sliced bell pepper, onion, and shallots, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
3. Next, add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and let it simmer to a boil for about 10 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, beat the egg. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, minced beef, rice, and 16 tablespoons of the tomato sauce made earlier, then mix well until evenly combined.
5. Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Next, fill the bell peppers with the beef mixture that has been combined with the tomato sauce.
Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top. Then place them in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
