  • Low-sugar chocolate 85 grams
  • Cocoa powder 22 grams
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons and nutmeg powder 2 teaspoons

Step-by-step method

1. Heat a pot, add the coconut milk, and let it come to a boil.

2. Once it's boiling, turn off the heat, then add the chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder, and stir well until evenly mixed. Then let it cool.

3. Once the chocolate coconut milk mixture has cooled, pour the liquid into popsicle molds. Then insert sticks and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours.

4. Once the popsicles have frozen, you'll need to remove them from the molds. To remove them easily, fill a large bowl with lukewarm water. Dip the mold into the lukewarm water. This way, you can easily pull the popsicles out.

You can also take them out of the freezer and eat them whenever you like.
